How spicy do you like it?
If you like buffalo sauce, you will love this easy Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe.
It’s the perfect dip for your game day party or family get-together.
You will love the combination of spicy buffalo sauce with the smooth and creamy ranch dressing.
Any chicken will use work in this recipe, but I highly recommend using shredded chicken breasts.
I like to cook my chicken breasts in the Instant Pot because it’s quick and easy.
But you can bake the chicken in the oven, cook it in the crock-pot all afternoon, or even boil it on the stovetop.
You could also use canned chicken that has been well-drained or you could shred a rotisserie chicken or even use leftover chicken.
Shred the chicken with two forks. If you prefer to have chunks of chicken in your dip, you can use a pair of kitchen shears to cut the chicken into bits.
After the ingredients have been thoroughly mixed together, spread them evenly in a greased baking dish.
Bake the Buffalo Chicken Dip uncovered until it is hot and bubbly.
The dip should take about 20 minutes to get nice and hot.
All the ingredients are fully cooked so we’re just baking the dip to heat it up.
You can also heat the dip in a slow cooker on low heat for 2-3 hours.
Or if you’re in a hurry, you can microwave the dip for 7-8 minutes.
No matter which heating method you choose, be sure to stir the dip before serving.
Stir the dip then top it with your favorite toppings and you’re ready to party!
You can top this pretty chicken dip off any way you like it.
I topped my Buffalo Chicken Dip with a little extra shredded cheese and some dried parsley.
You could also use some diced green onion. I would recommend using only the green part for a milder flavor.
Once the dip is out of the oven, stir it well then add the topping to the top.
Buffalo Chicken Dip with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce is great served with tortilla chips, Fritos Scoops, assorted crackers, or crunchy vegetables.
You could use bell pepper slices, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or any other crunchy veggies.
