Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Smokies are a great party snack or appetizer. They are super easy to make in the Air Fryer and are really fun and delicious. I mean hello?! Bacon!

✅ INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg (12 oz) Hillshire Farms Beef Lit'l Smokies Smoked Sausages
- 1 pkg (1.5 lb) Wright Brand Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Air Fryer to 360 degrees F.
- Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each Lit'l Smokie with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. In batches, place into bacon-wrapped smokies in a single layer in glass or metal baking pan.
- In small bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Spoon over each bacon-wrapped sausage in the baking pan.
- Place pan in Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Gently turn sausages over and cook another 10 minutes until crispy.

For this Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Smokies recipe, you’ll need a shallow pan that will fit in your Air Fryer.
I have a Cozyna XL 5.8 QT Air Fryer and I have a Cozyna accessories set that perfectly fits the XL 5.8 QT Air Fryer.
The little flat pan in the accessory pack is perfect for this Air Fryer recipe.
You can use either a metal or glass pan that fits in the basket of your Air Fryer.
I got about 12 or 13 Lit’l Smokies in each batch.
When you’re slathering on the butter and brown sugar mixture, you don’t have to worry if the Smokies are not completely covered.
The butter and sugar will get all melty and bubbly and rise up to meet every square inch of meaty goodness.

I highly recommend turning the Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Smokies halfway through cooking so that the bacon can crisp up on the other side.

I learned something about the toothpicks.
It’s much easier to eat the sausages if you don’t shove the toothpick all the way through so that it’s centered on the toothpick.
Just push it through a little bit and it’ll make eating so much easier.
The brown sugar gets all caramelized, much more than it does when you bake them in the oven.
I suggest Wright Brand hickory smoked bacon for this recipe because it’s basically the best.
It’s thick-cut bacon so that means you will need to cook the bacon a little longer to get it crispy.
