Raspberry Sherbet Party Punch is a great drink to serve at your Sweet 16 Party or a pink baby girl shower. You are going to love this sweet and frothy drink that combines lemonade, sherbet, and ginger ale into one tasty non-alcoholic kid-friendly punch.
Yield: 24 CUPS
Prep Time: 10 MINUTES
Total Time: 10 MINUTES
✅ INGREDIENTS
- 2 quarts raspberry sherbet
- 2 liters ginger ale, refrigerated
- 52 oz Simply Lemonade with Raspberry, refrigerated
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
- Optional - The day before your party, use a small cookie scoop to scoop balls of sherbet from 1 tub of raspberry sherbet. Place sherbet balls in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until firm. Store the sherbet balls in a zip-top baggie until time for your party.
- In a large punch bowl, pour in raspberry lemonade.
- Use a large spoon to add scoops of raspberry sherbet.
- Pour cold ginger ale over the sherbet. The punch will foam up. Stir well.
- Add a few of your frozen sherbet balls to the top of the punch bowl. Do not stir.
- Serve immediately!
✅ NOTES
- If you can't find Simply Lemonade with Raspberry, you can use pink lemonade.
- You can continue adding balls of sherbet during the party if needed. The balls are to add a pretty look to your punch bowl as the sherbet starts to melt.
- You can substitute any flavor of sherbet in this recipe. I used one tub of raspberry sherbet and one tub of rainbow sherbet because that was what my grocery store had available.
- If you do not make the sherbet balls in advance, you can put both tubs of sherbet into the punch bowl when you first make the punch.

We used one tub of raspberry sherbet and one tub of rainbow sherbet because that was all that we could find at the store.
The pink color was perfect for our party decor and the punch tasted terrific.
You are going to love this easy party punch at your next get-together.
One of my best tips for sherbet punch is to scoop tiny sherbet balls and freeze them before your party.
Freezing the sherbet balls allows you to put them into the punch much quicker without having to stand there and scoop the sherbet when you’re trying to serve the punch.
In addition, you can reserve some frozen sherbet balls to add when the sherbet starts to get melted.
Use a tiny cookie scoop to portion out small balls of sherbet and place them in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Place the baking tray into the freezer for an hour or more until the sherbet is firm.
Once the sherbet has been re-frozen, you can remove them from the baking sheet and place them into a zip-top baggie for storage.
We love to drink Simply Lemonade with Raspberry, and it works great in this punch recipe.
It’s a great way to add a little extra raspberry flavor without being overwhelming.
If you can’t find Simply Lemonade with Raspberry, you can use any pink lemonade.
Just make sure you make the lemonade in advance and refrigerate it until you are ready to make the punch.
Otherwise, the raspberry sherbet will melt much faster than you would prefer.
Country Time Raspberry Lemonade is a great alternative to Simply Lemonade with Raspberry.
Ensure that both your lemonade and your ginger are very cold when it’s time to make the punch.
I actually use a large footed glass trifle bowl as a punch bowl.
I always look for kitchen items that perform double-duty and this one is no exception.
My trifle bowl holds over 5 quarts of food or liquid so there is room for plenty of punch even when it foams up.
Start by adding in the Simply Lemonade with Raspberry.
Next, spoon in one tub of raspberry sherbet then pour in the ginger ale and stir the punch well.
The ginger ale will make the sherbet start to foam up so add the ginger ale slowly.
Finally, drop a few frozen balls of sherbet into the punch. Do not stir.
The frozen sherbet balls are there to provide color and a little texture. They will melt slowly and you can add more sherbet as needed.
