Serves: 2 glasses
✅ INGREDIENTS
- 3 washed, de-seeded and peeled peaches
- 3/4 glass of water for 1 glass
- 1/4 carbonated soda for 1 glass
- pinch of black salt
- 4 tsp sugar
- some mint leaves
- some ice-cubes
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop peaches roughly and blend them with sugar and black salt to make smooth paste.
- Pour the thick paste in glass (nearly 3-4 tbsp in one glass) with some mint leaves.
- Now add water till 3/4 of glass, drop in some ice-cubes. Top remaining 1/4 with soda. Give a good stir so that puree dissolves completely.
- Serve chilled.
ADJUST SUGAR LEVEL ACCORDING TO THE SWEETNESS OF FRUIT AND ONE'S TASTE.ADDING LIMCA ENHANCES THE TASTE.

8. Ready to serve. |
