✅ INGREDIENTS
🥣Cake
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Flour, sifted
- Sprinkle Vanilla
🍓Filling
- 1/2 cup Strawberry jam, mashed
- 1 cup whipping Cream + 1 tablespoon powder sugar (while whipping)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
- Fresh strawberries for garnishing
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat whip cream, and powder sugar until fluffy & creamy, insert refrigerator.
- Beat eggs, vanilla until double size, add sugar, and beat further more so batter becomes creamy.
- Gradually add flour, and fold with a spatula, until all well combined.
- Cover oven tray with parchment paper, spread batter evenly.
- Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius, bake for 11 minutes, or until bottom becomes golden brown.
- Leave to cool down for 2 minutes, then gently peel off cake from parchment paper, brush whole cake with pineapple juice, spread strawberry jam, then whipped cream on top evenly, roll cake.
- Garnish with remaining whipped cream, & fresh strawberries, insert refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
