FOR PINEAPPLE
- 20 oz fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
FOR THE LIME DIP
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain pineapple chunks well then place into a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3 Tbsp honey, and 2 Tbsp lime juice. Stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, honey, brown sugar, and lime juice. Stir until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Drain and discard the marinade from the pineapple chunks.
- Place the pineapple chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. May need to cook separate batches if they won't all fit in a single layer.
- Cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with lime dip.

Just throw it in the air fryer and go.
This easy recipe starts with marinating the fresh pineapple to add plenty of flavor.
Drain the pineapple well then place them in a medium-sized bowl.
Add in the brown sugar, honey, and lime, and stir well.
Make sure the pineapple is completely coated with the marinade.
Next, place a lid on the bowl and put it into the refrigerator for at least an hour.
You can leave the marinated pineapple in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before cooking it.

You should be able to stir the dip together without using an electric mixer, but you can use an electric mixer if you prefer it.
Once the dip is thoroughly mixed, cover and refrigerate it until you are ready to serve it.
