✅ INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup washed and roughly black grapes
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 3-4 tsp sugar (adjust according to your taste)
- 1 1/2 glass water (adjust according to the thickness of lassi you want)
- few leaves of fresh mint or 1/2 tsp dried mint (I used dried mint as fresh was not available with me)
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
- In a jar, blend together grapes, sugar and mint leaves till sugar and grapes dissolves.
- Now add curd and blend again. Add water and give a final blend.
- Your lassi is ready to serve.
- You can add ice for more refreshing taste.
