The point update also sorts issues with the Exposure Notification framework
Apple has quietly pushed out iOS 13.6.1 to iPhones and iPads, with a fix for the green tint issue that has plagued some iPhone 11 and 11 Pro models.
In June we reported that Reddit forums had sprung up dedicated to the problem of the phones seeming over green when first unlocked.
While the issue didn’t affect every model out there, it was problem enough that Apple has had to acknowledge the issue by fixing it in iOS 13.6.1. Apple has blamed thermal management failure as the cause of the problems.
The update also claims to fix issues with the Covid-19 Exposure Notification framework and a storage space bug where unneeded system data files were not being deleted when a device was close to full.
Apple is currently running the developer and public betas of iOS 14, the next version of the operating system that will debut its final version in the upcoming iPhone 12.
